If you view the price comparison above, you will see that we have the lowest prices in the area, besides Clinic 5. However, though Clinic 5 lists that their cost is $300 they will charge you an additional $240 extra for only 3 of the vaccines that you may need (Tetanus, Hepatitis B and MMR), costing you $540 in total (not $300). PLUS, you will have to pay another provider for the remaining vaccines, if needed. We can show you how to get the same vaccines for only $15 each (as of 7/6/24).
In addition, some of these clinics advertise that their exams are only $195. However, this can be misleading because this price does not include the cost of labs. Some charge $200-300 or more for labs. So, you actually will pay $400-$500 or more for their services. Not $195.

Step 1: Scheduling
To schedule your appointment you can either call us at 817-704-3365 or click on the link above and enter your information into our "Immigration Exam Interest" form and we will contact you to get you scheduled.
Step 2: First Appointment
At this appointment we will perform your physical examination and obtain lab specimens. We will also review your vaccine history and give you information on how to obtain the lowest cost vaccines in the area, if needed.
Step 3: Labs & Vaccines
After you 1st appointment we will receive your lab results. You will also obtain any vaccines that you need and then send your vaccine records to us. Depending on lab results additional testing may be needed. You also may be referred for further evaluation and treatment.
Step 4: Second Appointment
At this appointment both you and our medical provider will sign your I-693 form. You will be given a copy of the form in a sealed envelope. We will also email you a copy.

Paso 4: Segundo Cita
En esta cita, tanto usted como nuestro proveedor médico firmarán su formulario I-693. Se le entregará una copia del formulario en un sobre cerrado. También le enviaremos una copia por correo electrónico.
